We would like to inform you that due to the COVID-19 situation, we have made the following adjustments to our operations:

• Front Desk will be closed from 10.00 pm to 07.00 am(except Friday and Saturday). Please plan to arrive before 10 PM to complete the check-in process. If arriving late please inform the hotel in advance by calling 650-366-2000.
• Call our on-site manager at 510-309-6090 for any assistance after the office is closed.
• The breakfast will be served from 07.00 am to 10.00 am every day in the lobby area.
• During your stay if you wish not to have your room cleaned please put the “Do Not Disturb Sign” at your door.
  Should you need any extra amenities during your stay, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.
